Nelson Mandela passed away at age 95 on December 5, 2013. Mandela spent his life inspiring the world through acts of peace, spreading hope and tolerance. In fact, he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993 for his courageous acts and leadership. He is thought to be one of the most influential men in history.
