  • Competitive Secure Lifetime GUL 3, Available Nationwide and in the State of NY. Seems like some of you may have forgotten about our competitive Secure Lifetime GUL 3, available nationwide and in the state of NY. Here is a quick refresher: guaranteed protection, guaranteed minimum cash value, guaranteed Return of Premium with two ROP opportunities, chronic illness and longevity riders, pricing – Top 3-5 for level pays and top 3 for 10-pays on guarantee to age 105 (based on rates starting April 14, 2018).
  • New Form Required for Cross-Border Sales to New York Residents. For contracts signed on or after August 1, 2019 the Cross-Border Exception form will be required for any annuity sales where the New York resident is solicited outside of New York. Annuity contracts will be delivered to the state of solicitation; all other contract correspondence will be delivered to the permanent residence address.

Revised rates are currently available in the following states: AK, AR, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, OH, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV, and WY. Pacific Life will communicate when the new pricing is made available to additional states.

  • Looking for Cost Recovery of Premiums?. Principal is one of the few companies that still has DBO 3 Return of Premium at Death on our GUL, UL Flex, UL Accumulation, IUL Flex and IUL Accumulation product.     • Key Person - if the key person were to die while employed, the corporation has 100% cost recovery.

  • Remain Competitive with Term Essential® and Term Elite®. Regulatory requirements associated with 2017 CSO mortality tables are impacting how the life insurance industry prices protection products. This includes Prudential’s Term Essential and Term Elite. Effective July 15, 2019, both products will be repriced to reflect new mortality tables.
